譚凱邦，28歲，是一個熱愛大自然，致力保護環境的年輕教師，也是環保觸覺的現任主席。

在中四的時候，一次白海豚的參觀活動，使我感受到自然生態的可貴及重要，並在當時立志入讀中文大學的環境科學，最後如願以償。

在中文大學的三年日子，我加入了環保學會「綠色天地」，推動大學生的環保意識。其後，我和一班志同道合的同學創辦了中大的第一份環保報章「綠色報」，並為第一至三期的總編輯。學弟學妹接棒後，現時已出版至第二十期了。

畢業後，我和友人創辦了自然足印，當時定位為生態教育及學校環境教育的團體，在業餘當上生態導遊，亦到很多學校進行講座。自然足印在2004年6月1日舉辦了第一次「無冷氣日」，成為本港每年一度大型學界環保活動。

最教公眾認識我，相信是我創辦環保觸覺之後。「環保要走進生活」就是環保觸覺的創辦理念。我帶領環保觸覺推動了多項生活化的議題，包括「減少麵包膠袋」、「正視快餐店使用過多即棄餐具」、「空調巴過凍」等等，整個社會的環保意識有明顯改善。

我最大力推動的議題，就是良好的城市規劃，彷彿我已成了「反對屏風樓」的代言人。政府已慢慢正視屏風樓問題，願意將勾地表的地皮加上更多發展限制，各區的分區計劃大綱圖亦陸續加上高度限制。

成為立法會議員，將使環保聲音更直接傳到政府。我希望香港的城市規劃能再改善，無論政府、商界及市民都視保護環境為首要考慮。保護下一代的生態環境是我的使命，齊來攜手，共同努力﹗

參選理念

「踢爆」河內道市建局物業，公共空間竟然在天橋底

在香港這個講求效率、不斷計算可量化經濟成果的地方，在經濟發展的同時，對環境的破壞亦相當大。近年，香港環境問題越趨嚴重，空氣污染、屏風效應、光污染等早已不只是環保議題，更直接關乎市民的健康、生活質素，甚至對香港的營商環境帶來負面影響。

透過加入立法會，我決心憑著幹勁、熱情、勇於承擔的精神，帶領香港社會重新建構優質生活：在經濟發展的同時，也為我們及下一代能享受自然環境而努力，將「綠色香港」這理想逐步呈現。

個人檔案

反對南昌站上蓋興建屏風樓

• 現年28歲，香港中文大學環境科學學士，現為全職中學教師。
• 帶領環保觸覺引發社會關注屏風樓效應，政府陸續將勾地表的地皮加上更多發展限制，並在各區的分區計劃大綱圖加上高度限制。
• 於2004年創辦綠色團體環保觸覺，並出任主席至今。期間，致力關注各項環保議題，包括麵包店善用膠袋、快餐店減少用即棄餐具等。
• 於2002年創辦環境教育團體自然足印，於2002年至2004年出任主席，致力於中、小學推行環境教育。期間，首辦「無冷氣日」，吸引超過170間中、小學參與。
• 於香港中文大學就讀期間，創辦校內第一份環保報章──《綠色報》。

Vision for election

Hong Kong is a place which keeps calling for efficiency and quantifying economic outcomes. However, while we are developing the economy destruction to the environment is considerable. In recent years, the environmental problems of Hong Kong are getting more and more serious. Air pollution, walled building effect, light and noise pollution, etc are not only topics for discussion among those concerned with environmental protection, but are also directly and adversely affect the health and quality of living of the public, and even extend to the business environment.

By joining the Legislative Council and with my vigor, passion and accountability, I am determined to lead Hong Kong society to seek a better quality of life. We have to strive so that our next generations can enjoy a good and natural environment while we are developing the economy, and gradually realize the vision for a green Hong Kong.

Roy Tam – Profile

Arouse the public concern on wall effect since 2006

• Aged 28, graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong in Bachelor Degree of Environmental Science and is currently a Secondary School teacher.
• Green Senses has aroused societal awareness of walled building effect and successfully forced the government to take action in this regard by imposing more restrictions on the scale of development of sites on List of Sites for Sale by Application, and the imposition of height limits on many Outline Zoning plans.


Organize signature campaign to stop building two highrises (70- and 100-storey) near the waterfront of Tsim Sha Tsui East

• Established the environmental group, Green Sense, in 2004 and has been appointed as President since then. Green Sense has showed concern over a number of environmental issues and aroused the awareness of government and general public. These include taking action against the abuse of plastic bags by bakery shops, use of non-reusable utensils by fast food shops, over cold conditions in buses, etc.
• Established the environmental group, Footprint, in 2002, and was appointed as President between 2002 and 2004. Footprint focused on education of environmental protection for primary and secondary school students, and was the first to organize ‘No Air-Con Day’, attracting more than 170 primary and secondary schools to participate.
• Published the first campus green newspaper ‘Green Post’ while studying in the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
